OUR GUARANTEE
Celtic Copper stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you purchase one of our regularly stocked items and does not fit or feel as expected, you may return the item(s) for the full purchase price within 30-days. Items eligible for refund must be in their original condition.
PRIVACY POLICY
Celtic Copper does not share or sell your information for any reason unless required by law or industry regulation. We advertise via direct email to subscribers who have joined by their own volition.
EXCHANGES
We do not make exchanges, only refunds. To exchange an item please return the original purchase and then re-order the desired size or style of the new item. When re-ordering from Celtic Copper Jewelry, check your receipt for money saving coupon codes.
RETURNS
Please alert us within 14-days of receiving your package that you would like make a return. Your will receive a full refund for items that arrive within 30-days of delivery.
If you can, please email us before you return an item so we may watch the mail box for it. Include a detailed note as to why you would like to return the item. The insight of your comments helps us improve customer service. Items eligible for refund must be regular stocked items and returned in their original condition.
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR TARNISHED JEWELRY.

Please be thoughtful in your selection, and remember there are no refunds for:
- Chain-by-the-foot and Bulk Products
- Custom size or personalized orders
- Postage fees are nonrefundable
- Tarnished jewelry is nonreturnable
SHIPPING
Delivery time from door-to-door is a combination of shipping and studio time. Your order could take as little as a day to prepare, or as long as a week depending on the items purchased and the number of orders already on the bench.
Typically orders ship out within 1-3 days of purchase. The whole delivery process within the Continental US takes approximately 5-8 work days although packages often arrive more quickly.
We use the United States Postal Service and ship only to the US and Canada. Tracking numbers are available only on packages mailed within the US. Label numbers are provided for international packages to help locate packages in transit.
Tracking numbers are sent to the customer's email on file when the shipping label for their order is printed. Check your email and spam filter for the tracking number confirmation email for your order or log onto your Celtic Copper account to see your order status.
International packages in North America may take up to 29 days, although packages usually arrive within two weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Celtic Copper is not responsible for delays due to customs. Contact your local post office for further details.
USPS First Class/Ground Advantage packages bound for the Washington, Oregon, California and the western states usually arrive in a week or less. East Coast addresses can take a day or two longer. The winter holiday season and inclement weather can slow things down considerably. Typical transit time across the continental United States is 3-5 days.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE MAIL
If your package is lost or damaged while in transit, we will replace or refund it at our discretion up to $100. Refunds and replacements for lost items may take up to 30-days for US orders and as long as 120 days for international orders, and require additional documentation.
Please note: Celtic Copper claims no responsibility for a package once it has been confirmed as delivered.
SHIPPING ERRORS
Please notify us immediately if there has been a mistake filling your order and/or the items are damaged upon arrival. We may request that you return miss-shipped items. If so we will arrange for a shipping tag to be sent to you, or reimburse you for the shipping fees paid to send any miss-shipped items back to the Celtic Copper studio. We will work to correct the situation as soon as possible.
